Kewlmetal will warrant the chrome against yellowing or chrome peeling for 1 year from the date of purchase as long as proper chrome maintenance has been used. Kewlmetal does not cover pitting or bubbling caused by salt, harsh chemicals, abrasives or road damage. Kewlmetal does not cover any shop fees associated with replacing your chrome.

Chrome Maintenance:

To prolong the life of your chrome, please apply two (2) coats of Carnauba Wax to all chrome parts BEFORE INSTALLATION and EVERY 3 MONTHS THEREAFTER. Proper care and maintenance of your chrome will ensure that it stays beautiful for years. Do not use any abrasives, polishing wheels or buffers on your chrome. Use only a CLEAN micro fiber cloth to clean your chrome.

Shipping Terms:

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. All in stock items are generally shipped within 3-7 business days after order is placed. Backordered items will be shipped automatically upon becoming available without prior notification. All shipping quotes are subject to review by KewlMetal staff prior to order fulfillment. KewlMetal will notify the custmer if there are any changes to be made to shipping quotes prior to billing and shipping of order.

KewlMetal Return Policy:

For warranty items: KewlMetal will refund the full purchase price of the item minus the shipping charges.

For all other returns: KewlMetal will refund the purchase price of the item minus a 10% restocking fee. All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Process:

Please email KewlMetal at sales@kewlmetal.com to obtain an Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. State in your email the item you are returning, the quantity, the reason for the return and the invoice number if available. Once an RMA number is recieved, ship the item to our business address at 6724 Corsair Ave. Unit 5. Prescott, AZ86301. Please include RMA number on the outside of the box. Items without an RMA number will not be accepted. All refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be made to the credit card used to pay for the item or to the paypal account used. If payment was made by check, a check will be issued within 10-14 business days.
